Dave is a Board member and Country Lead for CanEducate’s Zambia program. He is currently President and Director of a Canadian private corporation managing a Real Estate and Investment portfolio while providing professional career coaching in Canada and Brazil. He recently served as an Advisory Board member of Zerv Inc., a Canadian based digital start-up.

Prior to that, he was Vice President of the Copper Business Unit at Barrick Gold where he was responsible for operations in Chile, Zambia, and Saudi Arabia. He has 30 years of operations management experience at an executive level within the mining and automotive manufacturing sectors, with a focus on Business Strategy & Planning, and Business Performance Improvement. Dave has a depth of international experience, having worked in North and South America, Europe, and Africa.

He holds a Bachelor of Engineering Science degree from the University of Western Ontario. Dave is a founding member of CanEducate.
