Penny Campbell is currently a partner with Morneau Shepell, Canada’s leading HR consulting and outsourcing firm. She is responsible for North American contact centres in Morneau Shepell’s Administration Solutions practice. Prior to joining Morneau Shepell, Penny led a B2B roadside assistance division of the Canadian Automobile Association. She has over 25 years of operations management experience in bilingual outsourced contact centre operations. Her expertise includes building scalable structure, business process improvement and change management. Penny holds an Honours BA in French from the University of Western Ontario, and an MBA jointly offered by Kellogg-Schulich (Northwestern/York University) School of Business.
